3sun recognises that its personnel are its key asset and expend both time and money in ensuring that they recruit, train and most importantly retain the very best individuals.

As well as performing this service for ourselves 3sun are also involved in identifying and placing globally key control and instrumentation staff for clients in full time positions using a vast network of databases, personal relationships and partner organisations.

Training

As technology improves, both in hardware complexity and system compatibility, the need for the client to ensure that its workforce is familiar with its new products and functionality is vital. At 3Sun, we offer a fully comprehensive training facility from simple workshops to full operational and hands-on training.

• Hose and fitting inspection
• Introduction to Instrumentation
• Instrumentation calibration

Other courses are currently under development or specific courses to meet individual client needs can be developed using our network of Assessors and Verifiers.
